The standard installation is our own proven set of devices. Already have something? Many third-party devices can simply be taken over. Whether yours is among them is something you will hear on the call.
Supported third-party devices
A standard installation comes with our own set: lock, climate control and sensors, fully tuned to each other. Already have something? It usually does not need replacing — a taken-over device costs €8 per month.
Climate
The standard installation uses Netatmo. Other smart thermostats and AC controllers from the common brands can be taken over.
Monitoring
Noise, occupancy and indoor smoking, through Alertify. No video, no audio, ever.

Getting bookings in
Reservations are only ever read, never written back. This is not a PMS and it does not replace one.
Through a calendar link (iCal)
Any platform with an iCal export works, including Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. The calendar passes on dates, not guest details — so the owner forwards the guest link.

Direct integration
A PMS does pass on guest details. The guest link can then be sent automatically instead of by hand.
